I have now worked in the hair industry for over 10 years. I am fully qualified to a high level in all aspects of hairdressing, but my one and only true love in the industry has always been weddings!! Being part of someone’s special day is a true honour to me.
Throughout my years of hairdressing, I have focused all my training towards bridal/ special occasion hair which has lead me to finally doing my dream job today!
I have also, previously worked part time in a bridal boutique which grew my love for the wedding industry even more, encouraging me to take the leap and do what I love the most. Having this background comes in super handful on the morning of a wedding, when a bride needs help getting into her dress and their are no other stable hands in the room. Whether it’s to do up 100 tiny buttons in less than 30 seconds or sinch you into a corset as tight as you can go, I’ve got your back!

"Hello future brides, my name is Sophie and I’m in love with making people feel beautiful with soft, romantic & timeless styles.

CHLOE SAYS...
"How I would give more than five stars if I could for the beautiful and talented Sophie and Connie!! Sophie brought my dream bridal hair to life effortlessly (and ended up helping me get into my wedding dress as my mum struggled last minute!) Connie worked magic on myself and my bridesmaids making us all feel glam, but in a natural way so we could still be ourselves - all whilst keeping us calm in her wonderful Connie way. They were both so friendly and genuinely lovely - setting the vibe for the day perfectly and went above and beyond to not only make sure everyone was happy with their hair/ makeup but to help in any way they could. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!"
I am a massive home bird! I LOVE getting dolled up but rather than hitting the town I’d much rather take it all back off, climb into my pjs, order a pizza and snuggle on the sofa with my boys. I am a boy mumma, 2 mini humans and 2 dogs. Totally outnumbered! My family is my world but don’t get me wrong, I also love child free spa day or day of retail therapy! I wouldn’t have it any other way but a home full of boys is pretty mad and a day at work is definitely my day off because it’s true what they say - “choose a job you love and never work a day in your life”.

My Loves
A random fact - I can tie the perfect bow!
Which is always put to the test on a wedding morning with the flower girl dresses.
My Style
I love creating soft, romantic and timeless styles. If you’re looking for glamorous waves or a modern up do you’re in the right place. Some of my styles look undone and relaxed but always sustain all moves on the dance floor.

My Kit
A hairdressers kit is definitely not as exciting as a makeup kit. But mine has always and will always consisted of my trusty products that never let me down. Through out my hairdressing career I have work in numerous salons, working with dozens of different brands and products which has lead me to discovering my all time favourites which I now couldn’t live without. A mix match of brands including Label M, Tigi, Wella & mostly Schwarzkopf.
On top of that, a handful of hot tools, more combs and brushes than I will ever really need and THOUSANDS of hair grips and bands.
Being a bride myself I know how important it is to have full trust in your suppliers. This is why I work closely with each and every one of my brides to gain their full trust & build strong relationships which often turns into friendships lasting way past their wedding day. I love working with my brides to find the perfect bespoke style to accentuate their personal style and personality. I strongly believe it is important to stay true to yourself on your big day but just the best possible version! To give you that confidence to steal the show and feel comfortable having all eyes on you.

My Advice
Don’t fall into the “what a bride SHOULD do” trap. Lots of people have opinions on what a typical wedding day or a typical bride should look like. Do what you want to do, not what you think others want to see. It’s your day.
When it comes to your hair, think about your favourite way you where your hair, then do it 100 times better. Stay true to yourself but be the best possible version. After all, your partner has chose to marry you, so why pretend to be someone else.
But (ready for a little controversy) when it comes to the dress, be open. A wedding dress is like nothing else you will ever wear. Try on every style even the ones you’ll think you will hate. What the worst that will happen? You have a laugh and take it off but what if against all odd it’s “the one” and you fall in love all over again. Trust me, it’s happens - a lot.
